BY commissioning me, you're agreeing to my terms of service
GENERAL
- I have the right to decline the commission if I feel I am unable to fullfil/feel uncomfortable with your request
- I have the right to post the commission result on my social media and use it as my portfolio.
- Please let me know if you would like your commission to be keep privateINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Commission is for personal use only
- For commercial use, please DM me first @mogyiu
- Commercial use comms will be charged extra (2-5x original price)
- Using the commissioned works for profit/NFT/AI use is prohibited.PAYMENT
- Payment will be done through Paypal Invoice (USD) / BCA (IDR)
- I'll start working on the commission after full payment is received
- Refunds can be done ONLY if I haven't started working on your commissionREVISIONS
- Changes can only be done for max.3 times
- No major revisions after the piece is finishedDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Turnaround time ranges between 2weeks - 1 month
- No deadlines. If it's urgent, please let me know beforehand

WORKFLOW AND PHASES
1. After you've submitted the form, I will review your request
2. I will contact you to confirm your request through your preferred communication method (twitter/discord/email)
3. I will send you the initial sketch of your commission
4. After the initial sketch is approved, I will send you an invoice and proceed to the payment
5. After full payment is received, I will continue working on your commission. Updates will be sent regularly for revisions (lineart & base color → finished work)
6. Finished files will be sent through e-mail (artwork + transparent PNG)
